43,900 m³/h per opening, sealed shut when off, and built from stainless and nylon where humidity does its worst.

Tunnel ventilation only works if the extract fans move rated air, seal truly closed when idle, and still spin in year five. Our 1380×1380×1300 mm butterfly-door fan moves 43,900 m³/h on 380 V — and the specification is dominated by the boring durability details that actually decide whether the rating survives: 270 g galvanized steel frame, stainless 2.430 BA dynamically-balanced blades, nylon + 30% fiberglass push-pull actuators (not spring-and-plastic), 304 stainless guide rods, and aluminum-magnesium alloy pulleys.
The double-door collector variant serves multi-fan manure-pit and collector-box installations; both types self-open to 90° on airflow and close under gravity-plus-spring against wind back-pressure — the fan that leaks air backwards in a storm is the fan that freezes your brooders.
43,900 m³/h per unit, statically and dynamically balanced blades — house static pressure calculations and fan counts go on the layout drawing, so your tunnel speed is designed, not hoped for.
Ammonia and washdown murder painted steel: hence stainless blades, 304 rods, nylon-GF actuators and galvanized-270 frames. Bearings and belts are stocked consumables; everything else is engineered not to be.
Full-open on run, full-seal on stop — shutter leakage is where tunnel air recirculates and where winter drafts ambush brooding floors.
Rated in the same psychrometric model as our 7090/6090 evaporative pads — fan-to-pad area is balanced at quotation stage, which is when it is still adjustable.
As a working rule, a tunnel layer or broiler house wants full air exchange every 1–2 minutes at peak summer: a 12×80×2.8 m house needs roughly 6–8 of these 1380 units to hold target tunnel speed at end-of-flock weights. We run the number for your actual house dimensions, stocking target and climate on the layout drawing — and specify the pad area, controller and inlet behavior in the same line items, because a fan sold alone is a fan that will be mis-sized.
380 V three-phase standard; 220 V / single-phase / 60 Hz motor variants are built to order for African and island grids. Units ship boxed complete with shutter set and hardware; MOQ 10 units for container-logical quantities. Wiring contactors and thermal protection guidance come with the installation videos — and the fan shares controller and spare parts with the rest of the environmental package.
