Modern poultry farming is a chain of manufacturing decisions: how thick is the post steel, how heavy is the zinc coating, where do welds sit relative to bird zones, how fast does an egg belt actually run before shells start failing. A trading company answers these from a supplier's PDF. We answer from the line that made the part.

Our plant at Cangzhou Economic Development Zone runs coil roll-forming, welding, and hot-dip galvanizing in-house — roughly 275 g/m² zinc on cage structures rated 15–20 years. Around 600 sets of stock wait in the yard for urgent orders; a full production order clears in about 20 days.

Our reference projects — a 900,000-layer smart farm in East Asia, a one-million-hen plant in Mianyang, a two-million-bird expansion in Shijiazhuang, and a 1,000,000-hen terraced site in Guizhou — are operating assets, not renderings. Customers visit, or we tour the line for them live on video.

Systems, Standards and Paperwork

ISO9001 quality management with ISO14001 and ISO45001 alongside; CE marking on relevant equipment; six Chinese utility-model patents covering side-mounted feeders, egg graders, belt egg pickers, tensioners, feed-mixing modules and split-bay silos. Export documentation for first-time importers is handled by our own team — invoices, packing lists, bill of lading guidance, and destination-logic container plans.
