Feed is 65–70% of production cost. Store it dry, weigh it honestly and deliver it without re-handling.

A feed silo is the cheapest equipment on a poultry farm and the one that quietly decides your feed cost: damp feed spoils, over-ordered feed ties up cash, and hand-handled feed disappears into spillage. Our towers are rolled from galvanized sheet in 1–4-bin formats at Ø1834, Ø2750 and Ø3668 mm, with conical bottoms that flow to the auger take-off and a level port on every bin so fill state is visible without climbing anything.
Production runs 300 units per month, so a 10-house project and a single-farm first purchase both ship on the same schedule — and because the silo is the head of the feeding line, we engineer it into the same drawing as the house lines rather than dropping a tank on your site and hoping.
Ø1834 mm bins for starter farms through Ø3668 mm multi-bin towers for integrator houses — sized to your feed-delivery interval so you buy bulk without overflow or stockout.
Steep cone bottoms that discharge clean (no bridged bin at end of load) plus sight ports that make stock counting a glance, not a guess.
Silo-to-house augers, flex lines and weigh hoppers are quoted with the tower — the delivery chain arrives on one truck with one spare parts list.
Galvanized panels and lids for monsoon coasts and humid tropics; roof vents break condensation cycles that otherwise crust feed under the lid.
A 10,000-layer house eats roughly 120–150 tonnes of feed per cycle depending on program; storage economics ask one question: what is your cheapest tonnage price, and does the farm hold it dry? A Ø2750 two-bin tower holds around a house-month of ration for many mid farms, which converts spot-price buying into contract-price buying. We size bins from your flock plan and delivery radius — that calculation is free with the layout drawing, which is the only honest time to do it.
Towers ship flat-packed panel sets with bolts and seals — container-friendly by design; assembly videos and drawings are free and the geometry is deliberately simple (a three-person crew with the drawing raises a tower in a day). MOQ 1 unit. Pair with our feed pan lines or cage feeding systems for a closed chain from bulk truck to bird's beak, all from the same quotation.
