Move broilers off the litter and into stacked cages: better FCR, cleaner birds, more cycles per year.

Broiler cages are the fastest-growing segment of our production, and the argument for them is arithmetic. Our 1400×1000×450 mm stacked modules at 3–4 tiers hold roughly 20 birds per square meter of floor, at 500 cm² per bird — feed troughs at the front, nipple lines at head height, and droppings falling away from the litter zone. Birds that do not walk on their own manure eat better: feed conversion improves, foot and breast lesions drop, and the house arrives at the next chick cycle actually clean.
Our own reference project in Cangzhou runs 8 rows × 4 tiers per house — the same drawing we hand customers importing their first containers.
Feed stays in front-mounted troughs instead of being littered and scratched; controlled intake measurably trims FCR versus floor birds — at broiler margins, that is where the profit lives.
~20 birds/m² with the 4-tier configuration; we size ventilation and fan packages to that exact density in the quotation, not after the fact when the house is hot.
Open-bottom tiers with belt or pit collection move droppings out of the bird zone daily — birds grow faster in houses that do not burn your eyes at the door.
No litter contact means clean feet, breasts and feather — processors and live-bird markets pay grade, and cage birds arrive presentable in hot markets.
Caged broilers turn more cycles per year because a house cleans and dries in days, not weeks. Against the higher cage capital, most of our integrator customers recover the difference within the first 8–10 flock cycles on FCR and grade improvements alone. Houses are designed tunnel-ventilated around the row count; a 12 m × 60 m shed at 4 tiers in 8 rows takes the same footprint that floor birds would occupy at half the bird count. We supply the fan and evaporative-cooling package matched to final live-weight targets — a caged house run with floor-house ventilation is a mistake we help you avoid before the containers ship.
MOQ is 100 sets — roughly the size of a first serious house. Frames ship hot-dip galvanized with a 15–20 year structural rating; troughs, nipples, regulators, nets and pins arrive boxed with assembly drawings and free installation videos. Online guidance covers your crew; engineer dispatch is available.
