A hatching-egg plant earns on fertility. Every door, perch and nipple on this cage exists to protect it.

A breeder house is not a layer house with roosters added. The moment a hen stops mating comfortably, your fertile-egg percentage drops and every downstream number — hatch, chick sales, per-chick cost — moves against you. Our H-type breeder system starts from that fact: the cage door geometry is designed so roosters mount without jamming and hens are not trapped at the feeder, the classic door-design failures that quietly kill fertility in converted layer cages.
Each cage integrates 16 nipple drinkers with pre-filtration on the line, mounted perches that keep spur damage off backs and combs, front access for egg and bird handling, and male-to-female ratio zoning built into the layout.
General-purpose door geometry protects the rooster's comb and head from feeder-bar injury — a detail that separates breeder cages from repurposed layer cages, because wounded roosters stop working.
Roosts are part of the cage, not an add-on: hens use them, aggression drops, back damage and mortality go down with them — and clean backs mean cleaner hatching eggs.
16 nipples per cage on a filtered line so dominant birds cannot monopolize a single drinker — water is the first nutrient of fertility and embryo size.
Environment, water pressure and lighting on the same controller platform as our layer lines; the small-stack rooster-cage variant ships from the same family for ratio-block management.
Run 30,000 hens at 100 eggs/hen/year and each fertile-percentage point is 30,000 more chicks in play. Breeder cages are the cheapest insurance in the business against the fertility leaks caused by standard layer cages: trapped hens, injured roosters, wet litter under leaking nipples, and shadeless perching stress. Our houses are laid out so male blocks and ratio zones read on one drawing; if you are converting from floor breeding, we re-plan the stock density and mating ratio into the cage layout before you order.
Tier counts follow your house; the module family shares parts with our H-type layer line, keeping your spares pool simple. Hot-dip galvanized frames carry the 20-year structural rating; the 16-nipple water set, filters, perches and door hardware ship complete per cage. MOQ 50 sets. Send the hen count and hatching-egg target — the layout, ratio plan and quote come together, usually within a working day.
