Price from the factory is the first and smallest number. Landed cost = FOB + ocean freight + NPA/CI/insurance + clearing + inland haulage to site + erection labor. Each is knowable before you commit — ask your supplier to quote FOB and produce the container plan; the rest you price with your own clearing agent against documents they will actually see (invoice, packing list, BL). We supply those documents on the format Nigerian clearing works with.
Layer sets load at roughly 130 sets (3-tier) or 100 (4-tier) per 20GP; 280/210 per 40GP; 300/225 per 40HC. A 20,000-hen H-type small-stack order is typically a 2–4 container program with the feed and water lines consolidated into the same boxes — one manifest, one clearing event. Splitting cages and accessories across shipments multiplies agent fees; consolidated loading is why our invoice states per-container weights and volumes up front.
Most Nigerian sites run single-phase 220 V or no grid at all — every motor, controller and lighting transformer in the quote is specified to your actual supply, including generator-inverter sizing for controller load. This decision must happen at order: 380 V hardware on a 220 V site is a change order at worst and a transformer purchase at best.
Standard: 30% deposit, 70% after we send video inspection of your finished, packed order — line tour, packed containers, container numbers — before balance release. Pay corporate accounts only; this one rule protects you with any Chinese supplier, including us.
Nigerian crews build from our drawings and installation videos without difficulty — the frames are bolted, not welded on site. Paid supervision or full installation teams travel on request. First-flock consulting (stocking, feed depth, brooder temperature by tier) runs on the same account.
